Rollins Lake

We headed to Rollins Lake for a couple days. It was amazing. We rented a boat, taught Nessie how to fish, made Smores, lots of fun. Deer walked right through our campsite while we ate dinner. Of course Nessie freaked out. And what is it about tents that toddlers love. Nessie just laughed the whole time.
Rollins Lake was beautiful.  I definitely want a boat! It was so nice being on the boat to go check out the lake. Brought lots of wipes and was constantly cleaning, but that’s me for ya   Can’t wait to go back.  Enjoy the 30 pictures (30 for the number of years I am now. Yikes!)

Chili Rellenos Casserole

I followed the recipe exactly as its listed on the website. It's cheesy, saucy, and little spicy. It's my heaven. It's not all that healthy but.... I'll leave it at that. Look how gorgeous it looks!!! Wish you all had smell-a-vision

on the lake

We were at Lake Berreyessa again this year. Awesome. Nothing better than being on a boat minus being off the boat. Drank the best whisky of my life. Marco you are a bad influence. And night time is always fun with glow sticks.
