Christmas

Christmas was crazy this year. I made my own dress for Jens party again. Went for the 1950s. Totally my style. Also made Rachael an apron for Christmas. She likes skulls so I used that fabric and added rhinestones to the pocket with the best heat adhesive tool I have. I love it. Anyway Christmas was great. Vanessa got a bike. Spent a lot of time with family and friends that are family. Ready for a nap now

Bayside trunk or Treat

Bayside outdid themselves again. Trunk or Treat 2013 was awesome. They had a pumpkin patch where all the perfect, orange pumpkins with their twisted stems were  free for the kids to have and decorate. They had carnival games, balloons, face painting, a whole food court and a place for the tiny tots to play too. For the older kids they had a stage with events, race your friend on the zip line and go carts around the track. They even had all the adventure sports vehicles out: a dragster, dirt bikes, rock climbers. AWESOME!!!! And of course the main event: Trunk or Treat. All the cars were cleverly dressed in costume. Some were scarier than others. Believe me. There was a few we had to pass by. There was so much to do we only were able to do just a small part of it. Either way it was GREAT. I love my church and its great to see all these people here at the house of God.
