Girl Scouts Meet the Law

Our troop has done so many wonderful things this year. But last night was really special. One of our moms, who is a dispatcher for the CHP, was able to arrange an on duty Deputy for the CHP. Deputy Walker graciously came and spoke to us about her job, and encouraged girls that they can do anything they want even in industries that are dominated by males. She was pretty great and we are grateful for her service in keeping us safe.
